Al Raheb v Medical Board of Australia (Review and Regulation) [2017] VCAT 637

On 15 May 2017, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal confirmed the decision of an Immediate Action Committee (IAC) of the Medical Board of Australia to take immediate action under section 156 of the National Law by suspending medical practitioner, Dr Eiman Al Raheb’s registration.
