Health, Performance and Conduct
One of the important functions of the Medical Board of Australia is to oversee the receipt, assessment and investigation of notifications about persons who:
- Are or were registered as medical practitioners under the National Law or a corresponding prior law
- Are registered medical students.
This section contains information on how the Board and AHPRA deal with notifications received about the conduct, performance or health of registered medical practitioners, and about the health of registered medical students.
