The Medical Board of Australia has published a public consultation paper on the draft revised code of conduct, Good medical practice: A code of conduct for doctors in Australia.
Public consultation has commenced. The consultation paper is available under Consultations, and the Medical Board invites feedback from practitioners, stakeholders and the community.
Please provide written submissions by email, marked: ‘Public consultation on draft revised code of conduct, Good medical practice: A code of conduct for doctors in Australia' to [email protected] by close of business on 3 August 2018.
Submissions to this consultation may be published on the Medical Board website. There may be circumstances under which submissions may not be published. Published submissions will include the names of individuals and/or organisations that made the submission unless confidentiality is requested.
