Applications are sought from community members to fill one vacancy arising on the Victorian Board of the Medical Board of Australia.

We are seeking an individual with an ability and interest to contribute to the regulatory work of the Victorian Board of the Medical Board of Australia. Community members will have strong community connections to bring a public/lay perspective.

The State Board works in partnership with Ahpra to make registration and notification (complaint) decisions about individual practitioners, based on national policies and standards set by the Medical Board of Australia

Ahpra’s current COVID-19 Vaccination Policy requires all staff and statutory appointees to provide evidence of vaccination (or medical exemption) prior to visiting an Ahpra office.
