Do you have a concern or complaint about a health practitioner? Anyone can make a complaint about a health practitioner’s health, conduct, or performance. In the National Scheme, we call a complaint about a registered health practitioner a ‘notification’. To make a complaint about a health practitioner see Make a complaint.
